It's beginning to look awfully like the hospitality sector is going to remain closed for a few months, according to the most recent scientific advice to government. Since the first lockdown in March 2020, we have been closed for six of the ten months, with no prospect of being able to open any time soon. Did any of us think this was to be our lot twelve months ago?!!
