ACCOMMODATION AND MENU PRICES CUT FROM WEDNESDAY 8th JULY

Following the Chancellor's announcement of a cut in VAT on accommodation and food we have reduced room rates and all menu prices as of Wednesday 8th July. On reopening after the coronavirus shut down, our new distancing and hygiene measures  have been well received. And now, with reduced prices there's even mor reason to stay and/or dine with us. Booking in advance directly with us is essential. To check availability and book restaurant places go to our Book a Table page, and for hotel accommodation use our Reserve a Room page. Also, now on Sundays we also offer a take-away service.

Open as of Saturday evening, 4th July - it's official!

It's been the suggested re-opening date for restaurants, pubs and hotels for some time but now it'd official. Boris has spoken, Saturday July 4th is the big day!

And we'll be amongst the very first to reopen. We've been taking provisional bookings for a while now on the assumption that we will be opening for dinner and accommodation on that date. Our plans for maintaining social distancing and implementing rigid hygiene measures have been in place for some time and we are committed to do our very best to ensure the safety of both customers and staff. So, please come and dine and/or stay a while with us, confident that we'll be doing everything possible to make sure the occasion is both pleasurable and safe.

Places in our restaurant must be pre-booked and we ask for a small deposit at time of booking. You can doo all of this online using our Book a Table facility. And, if you wish to stay with us, our best rates can be checked out on our Reserve a Room page. There you'll see that we offer discounts for extended stays and, if you prepay you can benefit from further savings on our rates.

We look forward to seeing you very soon.
